Understand
We start with your offer and the questions customers ask before choosing.
We start with you
We discuss your offer, customers and resources, then review their questions and search results. Copying a competitor’s website will not necessarily tell us what is right for you.
The format follows the answer
A video may suit a movement or work stage. A detailed page may better explain what a service includes. A few photos may make a location recognizable. We choose what is feasible with you.
You keep the choice
You can learn photography, filming and editing. You can also create the footage and hand us the edit, or ask for more support. The scope follows your availability and what you want to keep in-house.
Connect the answers
One page answers a question. Another explains your service. The link helps a reader continue and shows Google how the topic is organized. Your pages should work together.
Different words. The same question?
“What is included?” and “What does the service cover?” may express the same need. We do not automatically create a page for each wording. We review whether one clear answer is enough or the needs really differ.
Observations guide the next step
Incoming messages, persistent questions and available data help choose the next improvements. If content is still hard to understand, we revisit it. If a new question keeps coming up, it can become the next topic.
AI IN OUR PRODUCTION
AI speeds up production. Judgment remains human.
We use AI to help prepare and create. It can produce ideas and drafts; it does not know your business for you.
Prepare and explore
Structure an idea, prepare a first script or explore visual directions. The tools depend on the content being created.
Review and refine
We review copy and visuals for facts, wording, consistency and relevance to your offer. A plausible answer does not establish a fact.
Bring the work to you
We refine the deliverable before presenting it. Business-specific details need your confirmation; review before publication forms part of the agreed scope.
