WHAT WE REVIEW

Topics → finished formats → new questions

Illustrative diagram. Results and timing depend on your business. For an engagement, deliverables and cost are set out in a tailored quote.

1. Write questions down as they arrive

During upcoming conversations, note the wording customers use: “How does it work?”, “What is included?”, “What should I prepare?”. Keep their words. Real questions give you a more precise starting point than general post ideas. Remove personal information before reusing a question.

2. Choose an answer you can show

Start with a frequent question that helps a customer decide. If the answer concerns a work stage, show that stage. If it concerns the scope of a service, explain what is included. Prepare a short answer before choosing the title. The title should announce that answer, not add a promise the content cannot deliver.

3. Plan the shots before filming

Illustrative example: a tradesperson wants to explain how a job works. They can prepare an overview shot, a work stage and the visible result, then explain the purpose of each stage. They do not need to film everything. A shot list avoids discovering in the edit that the essential image is missing. Only show a customer, private location or identifiable work with the necessary permission.

4. Give the content a home

A short version can introduce the topic in a post. Your website can keep the full explanation, connected to the relevant service. Adapt the wording to the channel and tell the reader where to continue. Someone trying to understand the offer should not have to search through every page.

5. Reuse what stays useful

Keep the files, the answer and questions received after publishing. Improve any part that remains unclear. You can produce an annotated photo or written answer from the same topic without starting again. The next piece can answer the next question instead of repeating the first.
